He has served over 125 clients in all areas of compensation design, employee motivation, and organizational effectiveness.

Kent consults in all industry sectors including Manufacturing, Finance, High Technology, Food & Agriculture, Transportation, and Health Care.

He has published on a wide range of human resource and business topics, speaks regularly to conferences and professional organizations, and has taught at the university level.

A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Stanford University where he earned B.A. and M.A. degrees, Kent has served on numerous Boards of Directors and is past Vice Chairman of the American Diabetes Association.
